My digital career has given me a different perspective on user behavior.
As a former Digital Librarian, I gained a foundational understanding of user behavior by observing how people seek and consume information in the library. Built on the core principles of Information Access and User Advocacy, this experience directly informs my approach in content strategy & Information Architecture (IA). I apply this knowledge to digital projects, aligning business goals with genuine user needs.
These principles have led to outcomes like successfully writing, and winning, a $5,000 grant proposal for the expansion of library resources, to writing web content and optimizing landing pages for lead generation and organic growth.
The Goal: To create a content library of such exceptional value that it directly translates into revenue for the business.
